To access real-money features on zs77, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details required by the Operator's KYC procedures. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting zs77 support. Any outstanding verified balance (subject to completion of applicable KYC and AML checks) will be returned to you via an approved withdrawal method. Accounts subject to active bonus claims or ongoing investigations may not be immediately closed.
The zs77 platform is made available for personal, non-commercial use only. You may access and use the platform solely for lawful gambling entertainment purposes in jurisdictions where doing so is permitted. Any commercial exploitation, resale, redistribution or systematic data extraction from the platform is expressly prohibited.
zs77 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Account balances, deposits, withdrawals and bonus amounts are denominated in the currency selected at registration. Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR) is referenced in promotional materials or on the platform, this is subject to the Operator's supported currency options. Exchange rate fluctuations, where applicable, are borne by the user.
In the event of a software malfunction, technical error or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game or transaction, zs77 reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and restore account balances to their pre-round state. zs77 will not honour payouts resulting from obvious errors, malfunctions or display irregularities.

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that the bonus amount must be wagered thirty (30) times in aggregate before a withdrawal request may be made. The following practices constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, as well as potential account suspension:

Sports betting markets, including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournament fixtures, football, UFC and other live sports, are governed by the specific sport and market rules published within the platform. In the event of a dispute over a result, the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the ICC for international fixtures) shall take precedence.
In-play or live betting odds are updated in real time. Once a bet has been confirmed by the platform, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Odds displayed at the moment of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted, regardless of subsequent movement.
